Introduction
My internship allowed me to experience how an IT department works in a real company. It was my first opportunity to apply what I had learned at university in a professional environment.
What I Worked On
During the internship, I gained hands-on experience with:

- Enterprise networking
- Basic firewall management
I also learned how important communication, documentation, and teamwork are in daily IT operations.
Final Thoughts
This experience helped me discover the areas of IT that interest me the most. It also motivated me to continue learning system administration, networking, and cloud technologies.
